Designed by one of Australia’s most notable architects, ARM Architecture, and constructed by Arch10, this striking one-of-a-kind project comprised two modern, double-storey street-facing townhouses of blockwork and timber construction, and a bespoke individual house on a hammerhead allotment at the rear. The specification called for the highest quality build and finishes throughout, and was executed to the letter and in a timely manner by the Arch10 team, complete with 6-Star green rating.
