Daniel Filice
Daniel has overseen the design and development of more than 150 residential projects, from refurbishments to multi-million dollar building complexes. His significant experience and detail-oriented nature enables him to help guide and manage your project from conception to completion.
Married with three daughters, Daniel lives in Melbourne’s south-east suburbs. His creativity for residential design extends to a passion for music and guitar.
Daniel has also completed a Diploma of Building and Construction and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Construction Management.
David Filice
David has over 25 years of experience in the construction industry including a stint in Dubai working on major infrastructure and transport projects such as the Dubai International Airport upgrade.
Boasting a Bachelor of Engineering, David utilises his critical analysis to develop and deliver procurement processes on major commercial construction projects, ranging from high-rise apartments to international transport infrastructure.
Married with two sons, his weekends are spent involved in kids’ sports including junior soccer.
Tom Abbott
Tom is a dedicated Site Manager with a deep passion for architecture and a relentless commitment to managing complex projects.
Armed with an Advanced Diploma in Building and Construction, he excels in his field with strong communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and adept problem-solving abilities, enabling him to foster robust relationships and connect effortlessly with his clients.
Outside of work, Tom is a devoted family man with three energetic boys that keep him on his toes. He finds solace and joy in spending quality time with his family, especially at the beach in the vibrant Bayside area of Melbourne.
