A collaboration of 2BScene Design and Arch10, these five bold and modern triple-story townhouses positioned close to the Bentleigh shopping centre were designed and built based on a simple brief: to be as spacious and comfortable as possible. The decision to construct a cantilever over the communal driveway added intrinsic value to each unit – complementing the generous double garages of each. A celebration of three-story structures balanced with smaller vertical elements, construction took 11 months, the end result a well-proportioned building in a vibrant setting.
