FAQs

Start time on-site usually depends on a number of factors, usually linked to regulatory items such as the building permit or other authority clearances. Normally from the signing of contracts, it usually takes 1-2 months before works commence on site.

The most common type of contract we use is a Master Builders New Homes Contract commonly referred to as a fixed lump sum, however as each project is different, we can accommodate most types of contracts.

A project-specific programme will be produced for each project based on the conditions. Usually, most projects are built within a 12-month time frame, and more complex projects take more time. It is important to remember that a better quality outcome is achieved when the sequence of trades is NOT rushed but balanced with the budget and quality requirements.

All of our trades are carefully vetted and most have been with us for many years. We do not engage in the practice of scouring the market for the cheapest trade pricing as this almost certainly sacrifices quality and leads to project delays.
